  1. As an administrator/care advocate, I would like to export all of a user's activity (comments, votes, ideas) so that I can share this history with our support team & CSMs and determine how best to meet this client's need.

  2. It used to be that I could export and get a link to different file types. Excel seems to be taken away, unless you're exporting data from the Settings panel.

    CSV opens a browser tab of unreadable information. Not super helpful.

  4. On the list at the right that shows all of the categories, there should always be an "Uncategorized" category for uncategorized ideas. This way, all ideas can be accessed through the Categories side bar.

  5. When a support person is viewing a topic on the website, allow them to quickly add customers to a message. The message that they are viewing should be automatically selected in the sidebar 'add user' form.

  10. For the sidebar, it's not clear to my contributors that they can highlight text on the page before opening the sidebar to automatically pull it into the request field.  I feel that is a MAJOR usability benefit, so I'd like to see a pop-up that says something like "Tip:  Highlight text you want in this field before..."  The pop-up can be closed when the user clicks a button "Thanks, got it" or another button that says, "Remind me next time."

  13. Improve zapier integration to accept Actions. This way you don't have to write a bunch of code or hire developers.. Technically you could create an inbound case from any other system. This would make this product significantly more useful to us.

  16. They want to use a survey to get feedback on specific ideas that don't fit in any of their forums, and they don't want users to see or vote on them in a forum (which is product specific whereas the poll would be page specific).

  17. When editing a forum’s Welcome Message (in forum settings) and you click on the “Learn more about Textile formatting” link, it opens the link in the same window, losing any edits the admin was making on the forum settings.

    Expected: Open the link in a new window or popup on the page so they don’t lose their edited welcome message.

  18. If you are adding a message from the admin console, or linking to an message, it would be nice if you had the option to set the message creator as well.

    Right now, it will use the admin, which makes it look like it was the admin's message, and doesn't give the user credit for their thoughts.

    We will continue to monitor this idea and will look into a solution if this proves to be a common use-case. We do want to be careful though – it could be an issue to attribute a public idea to a customer if they have not entered it themselves.
