Integration with topic website to quickly add users to a topic
When a support person is viewing a topic on the website, allow them to quickly add customers to a message. The message that they are viewing should be automatically selected in the sidebar 'add user' form.

Good idea. We will continue to monitor this and will look into a solution if it proves to be a common request.
