  2. I was looking through the suggestions in the Messaging category. There are at least two ideas that are getting voted on for the same idea. Facebook chat integration doesn't let you send messages to offline contacts. One has 222 votes the other has 115 votes. It would be cool if there was a way the users could vote to merge the two ideas and combine or pool the votes.

  4. When new user enters an idea, or votes for someone else's idea for first time, he just presented with option to choose from "1 votes", "2 votes", "3 votes". It can be confusing what this actually means. On my feedback forum most users give just 1 vote for their only idea. I suppose this is because they don't understand they could give it 3 votes to have better chances for their idea to be on top in overall list.
    There is also no mention (until you register) that you have 10 votes that you can distribute among ideas you like.…

  5. If I want to see or leave a comment, I have to click into the idea. It would be more user-friendly to be able to comment or view comments Facebook-style from the portal page and load them with javascript at least.

  6. You should make the full-service option 'white-labled' and have aliased urls for both feedback and helpdesk. If that was possible I'd purchase, that's what is holding me back.

    example:
    feedback.mysite.com for feedback (with no ZenRep branding anywhere)
    help.mysite.com for helpdesk (with no ZenRep branding anywhere)

    A fully customizable look, so it's fully integrated within my site.

  8. Users should be able to select how often they receive email notifications on ideas they have created or voted on. This could range from summaries once a day - once a week OR an email every time someone comments/replies to a suggestion you are subscribed to. This is useful when the suggestions being submitted need to be answered sooner than later.

  12. Allow a description to be recorded against an idea status. This can then be used to give more context to a customer when browsing ideas.

  13. Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.

    For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100

    Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.

    It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.

    It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.

  15. I would like the ability to have users validate their emails every 6 months or on a specified cadence when they are on a private forum.

  17. Merging ideas is fantastic but to have the idea merged as a comment isn't so good.

    Ideally, the merge should allow for a Parent/Child relationship i.e. both ideas continue as individual ideas rather than a comment of the other.
