  3. A customer-facing employee has captured a message from a customer. That employee would like to know when that message's status changes. Then the employee can reach out to the customer to give them an update.

  5. If I view a user profile in the sidebar, their activity summary data is different from the activity summary data that I see in the admin console user inspector. They should match or be clear that they are showing different data.

  6. Admins would like to highlight comments that they are making to forums show at the top of all other comments made on a specific idea so they don't get lost in other comments being made by their customers.

  9. With the VSO integration you can only set up the integration with a single VSO account. However, if you have a ZenRep account that gathers content for multiple products, it's very likely you will have multiple VSO accounts.

    Ideally, you would be able to set up the integration in ZenRep with multiple VSO accounts, so each content team can push topics to their own VSO instance.

  11. There doesn't seem to be any way to get notifications for suggestions that I haven't voted on.

    But for my team's ZenRep, I will often ask clarification questions on other peoples' suggestions. I want to remain neutral on the suggestion itself (don't add to its Supporters / vote count), but still get email updates when the person replies to my comment.

    It does not seem like this is possible currently. I would like to see a separate Subscribe / Follow toggle button. (Which is automatically selected if I do upvote something).

  12. When doing multiple forum exports, there is no forum name added, only date so it is hard to figure out which one is which. It would be nice to have the forum name in the file name of the data export.

  13. Instead of sending a separate url to each person for a private forum where the user must create a password, send out a single url that allows anyone with that link to access the private forum.

  14. Right now, if an admin deletes an idea, it archives it. It's removed so end users can't see it, but admins can still find and view it on the back end. It would be great if there was a way for admins to permanently delete an idea.

    This is helpful if it's offensive or contains sensitive information.

  15. We have user base that is spread around the world. Our customers located in China are finding that ZenRep delivered support is not working. The ZenRep widget is not loading. it may ba problem with traversing the Great Firewall of China

  19. Developers need a way to be able to review logs, compare failures to their own system, so being able to export the logs (or adding an API endpoint) would help them get that data out of ZenRep for troubleshooting.
