Have an 'All Ideas' tab
The problem with not having an 'All Ideas' tab is that for forums with not much use, it seems that the forum is not being used at all at first glance, because there are no ideas listed (either in the popup box or on the page
itself).
It would be good to be able to list all ideas (whether completed or not). Allow users to “Like” comments
When someone comments on an idea, other users should be allowed to mark that comment as a "good point". Comments that have been liked by other users would be placed near the top of the comments. This would allow for useful feedback on suggestions to be more visible.

Store custom text for new user invitations
Every time I send out invitations I replace the standard text with my own. It's nice that I can replace it with my own. It would be even nicer if I could store my own text and it would come up as the default when sending invitations.

Ability to add callback functions to the widget
I want to call my own js function either before or after the user closes the widget… doesn't matter when, but I want my function to run when clicking the close button

Allow me to see my activity for all ZenRep powered sites
It would be nice if clicking on my profile link (as me, I hasten to add) would show me a list of all those instances so I can swap between them, or see all of the topics I am engaged with.
I mean, there's single-sign-on, right? It certainly sounds like this thing is multi-tenanted, and I think it would be nice for cross-over to happen...

Preserve HTML formatting and inline images for incoming messages
I've wired our existing contact page to send html-formatted email. This works but the formatting is lost; it looks like the html is being stripped out.
Is there a work-around (other than text-only email) or some setting that can be applied to prevent html stripping, and if not is it possible to maintain html formatting in emails received?

When messaging in private, I do not want my name to show. I want the message to be from the company with a no-reply address.

Show the +/- of the NPS over Time
I have looked at a few different ways to do this, but is it possible that we could see the NPS score average over time as a + or - that dips below and above the baseline? I have a request for the reports I generate to see how this looks over the course of a month on a daily basis, so they can see the ups and downs of the NPS throughout a 30 or so day period. Something similar to the attached.

Customized order of columns in Suggestion view
Change column order for feedback views. Currently I need always to scroll to the right to get to the created column. The others inbetween are interesting but I need that one to be one of the first I see.
