  2. When you export a list of ideas, it would be helpful if the export included a link to the actual ideas. This way if you're reviewing the export with your team, you can quickly get to that idea (vs. having to go to the forum, search for the idea and then open it up).

  3. It's very frustrating to put in two search words and have ideas come up with only one of the terms before ideas that have both terms.

    For example, if I searched for "Morning Commute" I'll get results that only have "Morning" before results that have both "Morning" and "Commute". Or if I want to find only "Evening Commute" results, I'd like to be able to exclude results that have the word "Morning".

    This is a large problem when many of our ideas involve phrases where one word is extremely common, and the other word is used in multiple concepts. Being…

  4. Make the screenshot capture a default or restore the checkbox so that users can easily add a screen shot. The "Send us a message" widget used to just have a checkbox for users to include a screenshot and since removing that the percentage of screenshots has greatly decreased and we always have to ask customers to include a screenshot and some of the older ones we have had to call and instruct them on how to include a screenshot. It used to be a lot more intuitive. The minor change is an annoying step backwards.

  9. So they are already setup in ZenRep when they login to receive the proper notifications of tickets, and there isn't room for error.

    1. User has more than one email address, but in ZenRep, you can only have 1 email per user.

    2. So if the user uses a different email address, it doesn't pull in their tickets, ideas, votes they created with their other email.

    3. This makes it hard for agents to get a clear view of the user, their history etc...

  12. Currently, it is very easy to accidentally click the "flag as inappropriate" link next to ideas in a list (I have already accidentally done this). It would be nice if there was an extra confirmation (a popup box or something) to confirm that this was the intended action.

  14. Not via SSO (which we were never able to get working)!!!

    Provide a means where creating questions & voting on questions is limited to registered users that we mark as able to create/vote. Via the admin console we can set which users are allowed to do so.

    Anonymous and other registered users can still view the questions. We don't care if they can comment or not.

    Basically we want a system like for political votes, everyone sees the results, only qualified people can vote, and the process is all handled by ZenRep.

  16. Filter (and notify when) suggestions where the status hasn’t been updated in over [30 days].

    I just added a new idea for changes in my project and though the status is "planned" often with long idea counts it's easy for some ideas to get lost...and frozen in the "planned" stage perpetually...there should be either a user selectable or automatic "reminder" feature that ...sends a friendly reminder about ideas that have been in the queue for too long and apparently are not being actually done.

    The reminder should trigger either on a fixed elapsed time from publish of the idea or…

  17. Right now, when you export data on a forum, ideas come in one file, comments come in another, and then if you want everything in the same report, you have to copy and paste between the exports, match up comments etc...

    So if you're trying to report on ideas and their activity to users outside of ZenRep, it's very hard.

When customers write in with feedback that needs clarification or I want to learn more about a customer’s use case, I want to be able to simply message that user directly from their profile page or from a specific idea, so I don’t have to figure out a way to contact them in a different system – AND so the conversation is stored alongside and associated to the feedback we have stored in ZenRep.

  19. Instead of just showing all-time stats for messages, be able to display stats for messages for a particular date range.

    For example, which topics gained the most traction in the last 90 days? How many messages have we received in the past week, and what were they? Which channels showed the highest engagement in the last month?

    ZenRep has several new export options to help you better analyze messages and users.

    - You can now export a list of users almost anywhere in ZenRep – the main users list, users on a message, or in an account. The export includes all the information that we have about the user, including their custom fields, accounts, and location.
