Filter dashboard stats by date range
The one item I thought I would see in the beta reports was customizable reporting on how much activity we see to the site (not just tickets). The number of visits is reported on the main dashboard page, but you can't filter the date range (it just shows you a running month, which isn't really helpful for historical reporting purposes). I have found the information on tickets by week, but I'd love to also be able to report on how many people (we think) are using the site to find answers, not just submit tickets.

API endpoint for Satisfaction Ratings
I would like to retrieve satisfaction rating via your API to display them on my website.
It would be awesome if we can retrieve X random Satisfaction Ratings (rate + comment + name of the user) via your API or similar.
An extra option could be integrated like: "I want to retrieve 5 random satisfaction ratings from 7 to 10 (only promoters)."
In the widget, you'll have to add an extra checkbox to let the user choose whether he wants his satisfaction rating published OR not.
In the backend, we can specifically exclude some satisfaction rating in order to prevent…

Create Topics that can contain multiple documents
Currently, we can only have documents which do not map 1:1 to topics that are being tracked. Add a topics section where documents (or messages) can be tied to topics.

Choose what is exported with enhanced analysis
Be able to choose which columns are exported with the enhanced analysis and be able to save that as a template for exporting. There are too many columns to look at when I only care about specific columns depending on who is exporting.

Filter and display content with specific activity during a time range
When looking at messages, it would be good to choose a date range, and have the displayed topics filter to show only those that had activity in that range.

Have away to set a followup date for tickets
I would like to be able to set a date to followup with a customer regarding a ticket; to assist in keeping tickets from getting lost.

Add ability to export data for a single idea
When viewing a single idea in the admin console, it would be helpful to have the ability to export all comments and supporters for that idea.
Currently, the export option is only available when viewing a list of ideas or search/filter results.

Add forum name to the file name of data exports
When doing multiple forum exports, there is no forum name added, only date so it is hard to figure out which one is which. It would be nice to have the forum name in the file name of the data export.

Exporting ideas, should include a hyperlink to the actual idea
When you export a list of ideas, it would be helpful if the export included a link to the actual ideas. This way if you're reviewing the export with your team, you can quickly get to that idea (vs. having to go to the forum, search for the idea and then open it up).

Be able to export ideas, their comments, votes and users in one file
Right now, when you export data on a forum, ideas come in one file, comments come in another, and then if you want everything in the same report, you have to copy and paste between the exports, match up comments etc...
So if you're trying to report on ideas and their activity to users outside of ZenRep, it's very hard.

Be able to segment suggestion supporters by their OS/device and browser/version
When viewing an idea you would be able to see say 15 Mac users, 10 Windows users, 5 Android users and 8 iOS users requested this idea. This would give you more information on seeing what types of users want a particular idea.

Preserve HTML formatting and inline images for incoming messages
I've wired our existing contact page to send html-formatted email. This works but the formatting is lost; it looks like the html is being stripped out.
Is there a work-around (other than text-only email) or some setting that can be applied to prevent html stripping, and if not is it possible to maintain html formatting in emails received?

Show the +/- of the NPS over Time
I have looked at a few different ways to do this, but is it possible that we could see the NPS score average over time as a + or - that dips below and above the baseline? I have a request for the reports I generate to see how this looks over the course of a month on a daily basis, so they can see the ups and downs of the NPS throughout a 30 or so day period. Something similar to the attached.
