  2. I would like to be able to find the number of new topics created through the widget, as well as the total number of messages that came in through the widget. I would also like to be able to do this without using the API

  3. Reduce the Weekly customer activity to the last 52 weeks, instead of using idea creation date as the starting point. Also "Average customer activity" doesn't seem to appear at all.

  5. As an administrator/care advocate, I would like to export all of a user's activity (comments, votes, ideas) so that I can share this history with our support team & CSMs and determine how best to meet this client's need.

  6. It used to be that I could export and get a link to different file types. Excel seems to be taken away, unless you're exporting data from the Settings panel.

    CSV opens a browser tab of unreadable information. Not super helpful.

  10. Instead of just showing all-time stats for messages, be able to display stats for messages for a particular date range.

    For example, which topics gained the most traction in the last 90 days? How many messages have we received in the past week, and what were they? Which channels showed the highest engagement in the last month?

    ZenRep has several new export options to help you better analyze messages and users.

    - You can now export a list of users almost anywhere in ZenRep – the main users list, users on a message, or in an account. The export includes all the information that we have about the user, including their custom fields, accounts, and location.

  11. Right now you can only export comments with the general export. And those comments are in a separate file.

    It would be ideal if admins could export ideas along with comments. This would save time (not have to match the two up), and make it much simpler when reviewing exported data.

  12. Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.

    For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100

    Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.

    It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.

    It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.

  13. Be able to export a list of users who have supported ideas, commented or created ideas in a specific time frame, so admins can measure user engagement month over month.

  15. Right now the analytics dashboard shows data across all forums. It would be ideal to be able to filter this to get stats for each individual forum and be able to export reports on the customer activity (suggestions, votes, comments) for a set time period only within an individual forum.

  17. On the starter bundle you don't have access to tools like NPS or Survey. When a product is just launching and the company is trying to engage users for feedback, having access to Survey and NPS at a limited rate would be helpful. Without these options, simply waiting to get feedback doesn't warrant the $199 a month price.

  19. Customers with single page applications don't have relevant referrer URLs when user's create ideas from the widget.

    This prevents admins from getting more data on where users were when giving feedback.

    Finding a way to map ideas created via the widget, to where users were on a specific page would be a useful metric for product team.
