  2. It used to be that I could export and get a link to different file types. Excel seems to be taken away, unless you're exporting data from the Settings panel.

    CSV opens a browser tab of unreadable information. Not super helpful.

  4. Your javascript sign-in process is "very clever" but absolutely terrible UX. It also defeats my password manager which is unnecessarily annoying.

    While you're at it you should review your password requirements which required me to dumb down my generated password (always a bad sign). Possibly my password was too long - hard to know as you don't specify what the problem with the user password is.

  5. Could you do something where you show a screen shot and when I point to it it shows me the relevant help. for example I set up the colors for categories and for the life of me I can't find where I change those colors. It's driving me insane. I have been opening up each setting. but if you had a page and I could point to the label and it said where you change it that would be rad.

  7. The Admin Console includes a sidebar with navigation links for topics like Analytics and Feedback, but access to General, Web Portal, Widget, Mobile, and Integration settings are only accessible from the gear icon in the top navbar. This tripped me up for a minute as I was trying to return to General settings. It's also inconsistent because when I visit General settings (for example) the sidebar remains visible with nothing marked as current.

  8. Have a prompt after clicking "Convert to ticket" since there's no way to undo it. Sometimes I accidentally click on it since I use "Merge idea…" so often. But then it becomes a pain to re-create the idea delete the ticket.

    There should be a confirmation dialog, or the ability to undo it.

  9. When viewing the moderation queue, it would be helpful to see a visual cue that a suggestion is in the queue because it was flagged by an end-user. This could prevent some confusion about why an idea needs moderation.

  10. Without being admin, can I subscribe to any change in a specific project? Whenever a new topic is posted, I would like to look at it and engage if I agree with it.

    I believe with this notification, I will be able to contribute often. It will also allow non admins to participate if they wish to drive new developments.

  12. Right now the analytics dashboard shows data across all forums. It would be ideal to be able to filter this to get stats for each individual forum and be able to export reports on the customer activity (suggestions, votes, comments) for a set time period only within an individual forum.

  13. Change column order for feedback views. Currently I need always to scroll to the right to get to the created column. The others inbetween are interesting but I need that one to be one of the first I see.

  20. Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.

    For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100

    Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.

    It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.

    It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.
