Add the same type of "instant search" / "type ahead" that you have on the front-end forums to the back-end "search ideas & users" page
It's much faster to find what you're looking for on the front-end because the search does a search-ahead. In the back end you have to fully type out your search term and then hit the Enter key. Then wait. If you’re going to be doing a lot of searching, this takes a long time.

Notifications for specific keywords
Would love to have certain keywords in a suggestion trigger an email immediately, as opposed to either an email for every suggestion, or one email at the end of the day.

Assign & filter topics by admin (and team)
Especially once they've moved to the "under review" or "planned" - need an easier way to make sure there's follow up on these things.

Allow users to “Like” comments
When someone comments on an idea, other users should be allowed to mark that comment as a "good point". Comments that have been liked by other users would be placed near the top of the comments. This would allow for useful feedback on suggestions to be more visible.

Allow admins to split topics
Provide the ability for admins to take an idea that was submitted and split it into two.
The reason is because sometimes someone posts an idea that consists of two aspects, that to us, are two different ideas. Lets say we already have one feature they ask for but not another, we cannot assign the statuses to the requests properly.
When splitting, just let us pick what description text and title to put in the new ticket. I realize splitting will cost the voter more votes, but if the workaround to avoid that is let us close one of the…10 votes -
Moderation settings should be applied at the forum level
I love the addition of moderation to ZenRep...if you have multiple forums, you may need different moderation needs per forum, so I think they should be applied at the forum level and not at the total accout level

Allow custom fields for messages
When receiving messages we need to have more than just the title and description. Other fields, such as associated budget, problem analysis, etc. would be useful. The administrator would also need to define the field type, if its required, and validation patterns.
