Custom response time grades
Every industries average response time is different. Our service is for food orders. If we get a notice that someone's food has not arrived and we respond in 59 minutes we have failed terribly. But ZenRep gives us an A rating. The way the ratings are currently set it is very hard to get a true visualization into support performance.
Would be much preferred if we could set the time for an A B C D F ratings.

Provide a way to manage categories in a forum (or make it easier to find)
I'm going crazy trying to reorganize my categories and can't find where that is in the UI (if it's present).
Also, categorizing features should be connected to labels because it's very common to start with a certain categorization and then realize that the information architecture picked at one point is not scalable or ideal.

Move Search under Welcome message
Allow admins to position the Search field on the Welcome page. For instance, we would like to move Search right under the Welcome message.

Search for terms in comments and messages
Be able to search for terms found in individual’s messages, so team members can find individual messages related to a particular topic.

allow accounts to customize our search stopwords
The word "add" is ignored in search queries.
Product may have "add" as an important word for finding relevant articles, and needs to be taken in to account for users search queries.
Same with the word "provide".

Include admin URL for suggestions in exports
Please include URL for each suggestion in the Export. It will make triaging the ideas/issues much easier, when you can just click on the URL and go straight to the page where the suggestion is.

Respect Search Operators (And, Or, Quotes, + and -)
It's very frustrating to put in two search words and have ideas come up with only one of the terms before ideas that have both terms.
For example, if I searched for "Morning Commute" I'll get results that only have "Morning" before results that have both "Morning" and "Commute". Or if I want to find only "Evening Commute" results, I'd like to be able to exclude results that have the word "Morning".
This is a large problem when many of our ideas involve phrases where one word is extremely common, and the other word is used in multiple concepts. Being…

Allow admins to choose who can create questions & vote
Not via SSO (which we were never able to get working)!!!
Provide a means where creating questions & voting on questions is limited to registered users that we mark as able to create/vote. Via the admin console we can set which users are allowed to do so.
Anonymous and other registered users can still view the questions. We don't care if they can comment or not.
Basically we want a system like for political votes, everyone sees the results, only qualified people can vote, and the process is all handled by ZenRep.

Filter suggestions by time since an admin responded to them
Filter (and notify when) suggestions where the status hasn’t been updated in over [30 days].
I just added a new idea for changes in my project and though the status is "planned" often with long idea counts it's easy for some ideas to get lost...and frozen in the "planned" stage perpetually...there should be either a user selectable or automatic "reminder" feature that ...sends a friendly reminder about ideas that have been in the queue for too long and apparently are not being actually done.
The reminder should trigger either on a fixed elapsed time from publish of the idea or…

Allow custom sub-domain url for each thread
A single organization might want to have custom URLs for different threads
Creating multiple account for each thread is a pain to manage and we lose the benefit of a unified admin console.
Please consider.
