  3. V2 API calls are limited to 100 results per_page, which can make it tricky when pulling large amounts of data.

Increasing the limit to 500 results perpage or 1,000 results perpage, would reduce the calls a developer needs to make, and make things more efficient.

  9. To get users with the API, you have to use one of our trusted clients, and be logged in as an admin. We could make this much clearer in our docs!

  10. As it is now, to add links between articles in the admin you have to clumsily paste in a URL. In the app, these links load the browser version and look terrible.

You should let us create article-to-article links that don't break the experience.

  11. Add multilanguage and multibrand support. We now have to manually build our FAQ since we need it in multiple languages.

  12. When I've had a good support interaction, I'd like to end with a request that they write a review. We have 22 apps on 3 platforms (for a total of 66 apps), and it would be nice if I didn't have to manually insert the correct review link for each app.

The way I imagine the feature working is similar to Canned Responses. In Settings, we would write the default language for requesting a review, including a link. Then when we're writing our response, we click on a Request Review link (next to Canned Responses), which would insert the default…

  13. There is a Cordova plugin for the iOS SDK but none for Android. I would like to have an Android Cordova plugin, or even better, a cross-platform plugin supporting both Android and iOS.

  14. Currently, the only way to prompt for satisfaction is the Javascript widget; the satisfaction widget can't be embedded using the Mobile SDKs.

  16. We use Zapier heavily to get ZenRep tickets to several different apps at once. For the apps that you have built integrations for, it works smoothly. Every ticket and reply are pushed.

However, your integration with Zapier doesn't allow for Ticket Replies. I have all new Tickets pulling into my CRM, but when the customer replies to me, Zapier doesn't pick it up. I originally thought it was a problem with Zapier until I realized you distinguish new tickets and ticket replies as separate entities.

Please allow Ticket Replies in Zapier so I can pull every interaction into my CRM.

  19. In the Android SDK, when a user clicks on an IA result, open that result in a new page. Right now it opens in a pop up, which doesn't look as nice, and limits the size.

  20. Currently, when browsing articles, links inside of KB articles open inside the mobile SDK. This is problematic because there’s no in-app browser navigation – and links to websites are probably best viewed in a dedicated browser.

In addition, it would be nice if links to other KB articles were shown in their native SDK format instead of the web view.
