New messages by admins go through moderator approval
I would like to require that new messages created by admins get approved by a moderator before they are public.

When visiting some webpages, if the user clicks the bookmark for the sidebar, nothing happens.

Capture responses from customer without an email address
We would like to capture responses from people who don't have an email address and either use an alternative identifier (ex. twitter handle, name) or leave it as anonymous.

How to auto-fill the request field is not obvious
For the sidebar, it's not clear to my contributors that they can highlight text on the page before opening the sidebar to automatically pull it into the request field. I feel that is a MAJOR usability benefit, so I'd like to see a pop-up that says something like "Tip: Highlight text you want in this field before..." The pop-up can be closed when the user clicks a button "Thanks, got it" or another button that says, "Remind me next time."

Subscribe / follow an suggestion for updates without voting it up
There doesn't seem to be any way to get notifications for suggestions that I haven't voted on.
But for my team's ZenRep, I will often ask clarification questions on other peoples' suggestions. I want to remain neutral on the suggestion itself (don't add to its Supporters / vote count), but still get email updates when the person replies to my comment.
It does not seem like this is possible currently. I would like to see a separate Subscribe / Follow toggle button. (Which is automatically selected if I do upvote something).

Be able to set the message creator, when creating a message
If you are adding a message from the admin console, or linking to an message, it would be nice if you had the option to set the message creator as well.
Right now, it will use the admin, which makes it look like it was the admin's message, and doesn't give the user credit for their thoughts.

Ability to deliver customer support to customers located in China
We have user base that is spread around the world. Our customers located in China are finding that ZenRep delivered support is not working. The ZenRep widget is not loading. it may ba problem with traversing the Great Firewall of China

In Satisfaction Rating emails, include the number as text (not just as an image)
Email clients that don’t load images, email filters, and accessibility need to be able to read the text string of a satisfaction score.

Restore the check-box for attaching screenshots
Make the screenshot capture a default or restore the checkbox so that users can easily add a screen shot. The "Send us a message" widget used to just have a checkbox for users to include a screenshot and since removing that the percentage of screenshots has greatly decreased and we always have to ask customers to include a screenshot and some of the older ones we have had to call and instruct them on how to include a screenshot. It used to be a lot more intuitive. The minor change is an annoying step backwards.

Add an extra confirmation step to "flag as inappropriate" links
Currently, it is very easy to accidentally click the "flag as inappropriate" link next to ideas in a list (I have already accidentally done this). It would be nice if there was an extra confirmation (a popup box or something) to confirm that this was the intended action.
