Make the Widget Popover Dismissible
Is it possible to add an attribute to make the widget popover dismissible if the user clicks outside the content in the popover (e.g. anywhere else on the webpage)? Something like they do with the bootstrap popover: http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#popovers.

Return helpful error when idea created via sidebar has too long of a title
There is a character restriction on idea titles. When you create an idea with too long of a title in the sidebar, we return an error, but it isn't clear why
This error should say something about the character limit.

Integration with topic website to quickly add users to a topic
When a support person is viewing a topic on the website, allow them to quickly add customers to a message. The message that they are viewing should be automatically selected in the sidebar 'add user' form.

This would make it such that an implemented widget can only function on a predetermined web URl or domain.

Do not require a user to add a request
I do not want to provide a particular user. I might just know it came from an account but not the user in particular.

Allow a description to be recorded against an idea status. This can then be used to give more context to a customer when browsing ideas.

Always have an "Uncategorized" category
On the list at the right that shows all of the categories, there should always be an "Uncategorized" category for uncategorized ideas. This way, all ideas can be accessed through the Categories side bar.

Allow end users to unsubcribe from email notifications with one click from the email
Right now, when you click "unsubscribe" on one of our email notifications, it takes you to the web portal notification settings.
This requires you to login.
It would be better if you could click "unsubscribe" and be globally unsubscribed from notifications for that ZenRep subdomain, without having to login again.

Integration with Outlook Desktop
I would like to use the sidebar to capture customer requests that come to me via the Outlook desktop client.

Choose default and required settings for sidebar
Allow users to chose their own default settings for sidebar. Some people want customers automatically subscribed and some want to require specific fields.
