Surveys should collect user data
A few customers have expressed a desire to see the ZenRep widget mode apply votes to ideas when they are chosen over others. We'd like to get your feedback on this. And would you prefer to a vote only applied when they pick an idea over another, or pick and state "I want this"?

New Widget should support SSO
New Widget needs to support SSO. The new widget currently does not support SSO. I have a private site and I have to currently use the Classic Widget instead. Please add the ability for the new widget to handle SSO.

Don't allow SSO users to override their email and password
Being on our SSO implementation, we see a major problem with the
ability for users to change their passwords and email addresses while in ZenRep. This gives
the user the impression that they have changed their emails and password in our system as
well, which of course means they can't login to the site.5 votes -
Add Gmail Integration for the Calendar
It would be great if we could sync our Gmail account so that our Calendar and messages were synced directly to Z2. I love ZenRep but this is one area where I feel it could really improve!

Integration with Visual Studio Online (TFS On-Demand)
Team Foundation Server (TFS) integration would be great (as underlying ticket system similar to JIRA integration)!

Notifications for specific keywords
Would love to have certain keywords in a suggestion trigger an email immediately, as opposed to either an email for every suggestion, or one email at the end of the day.

Allow customization of text on the web site
Not everyone wants to use words like "Message Us", "Archive", or "Email" on their ZenRep site - allow customizations of at least the major titles and buttons on user-facing web pages.

Support Password Management Utilities
With the new ZenRep login screen, a regression was introduced where password management tools (such as the Mac OS X keychain) can no longer be used to automatically fill in the username and password.
Due to past identify theft issues, I now have a different, random, 20-character password for every single website on the Internet, so allowing the Keychain to automatically fill in password forms is a huge benefit to me since I can't remember any of the 513 passwords stored in my Keychain!

Allow custom fields for messages
When receiving messages we need to have more than just the title and description. Other fields, such as associated budget, problem analysis, etc. would be useful. The administrator would also need to define the field type, if its required, and validation patterns.

Automatically translate content to create multilingual topics
Instead of creating separate topics for each language, automatically translate content into each user’s own language. This would help prevent duplicate messages across different topics.
