Admin to set user traits
Allow admins to set user traits (Account type, value, etc.) rather than just allowing these to be set using the API.

Subscribe / follow an suggestion for updates without voting it up
There doesn't seem to be any way to get notifications for suggestions that I haven't voted on.
But for my team's ZenRep, I will often ask clarification questions on other peoples' suggestions. I want to remain neutral on the suggestion itself (don't add to its Supporters / vote count), but still get email updates when the person replies to my comment.
It does not seem like this is possible currently. I would like to see a separate Subscribe / Follow toggle button. (Which is automatically selected if I do upvote something).

Sortable search results
If you search in a forum in the admin console, you can't sort the results. The system will display them in the order of relevance.
However, if you are searching and pulling up a long list of ideas, you need to be able to sort those results by supporters, or created at so you can find the relevant ideas you're looking for.

How to auto-fill the request field is not obvious
For the sidebar, it's not clear to my contributors that they can highlight text on the page before opening the sidebar to automatically pull it into the request field. I feel that is a MAJOR usability benefit, so I'd like to see a pop-up that says something like "Tip: Highlight text you want in this field before..." The pop-up can be closed when the user clicks a button "Thanks, got it" or another button that says, "Remind me next time."

Filter and display content with specific activity during a time range
When looking at messages, it would be good to choose a date range, and have the displayed topics filter to show only those that had activity in that range.

allow accounts to customize our search stopwords
The word "add" is ignored in search queries.
Product may have "add" as an important word for finding relevant articles, and needs to be taken in to account for users search queries.
Same with the word "provide".

Add forum name to the file name of data exports
When doing multiple forum exports, there is no forum name added, only date so it is hard to figure out which one is which. It would be nice to have the forum name in the file name of the data export.

Zapier actions support
Improve zapier integration to accept Actions. This way you don't have to write a bunch of code or hire developers.. Technically you could create an inbound case from any other system. This would make this product significantly more useful to us.

Access private forums via link
Instead of sending a separate url to each person for a private forum where the user must create a password, send out a single url that allows anyone with that link to access the private forum.

Pass traits through the SSO token
For cases where passing user and account traits via the JS SDK isn’t possible, it would be great to be able to pass traits via an SSO token.

Not all ideas held for moderation show in 3.0
- Account has multiple ideas awaiting moderator approval
- Some ideas show in the 3.0 view, but if you switch back to the legacy view additional ideas show.
- Expected all ideas awaiting moderator approval to show in 3.0

Ability to deliver customer support to customers located in China
We have user base that is spread around the world. Our customers located in China are finding that ZenRep delivered support is not working. The ZenRep widget is not loading. it may ba problem with traversing the Great Firewall of China

Search for terms in comments and messages
Be able to search for terms found in individual’s messages, so team members can find individual messages related to a particular topic.

Show the % of views on that day that voted for this item
Add a report to show the % of views on an idea that voted for the idea. This will help with seeing how significant the idea is

Way to permanently remove deleted ideas
Right now, if an admin deletes an idea, it archives it. It's removed so end users can't see it, but admins can still find and view it on the back end. It would be great if there was a way for admins to permanently delete an idea.
This is helpful if it's offensive or contains sensitive information.

Be able to poll ideas in a survey that do not show in a forum
They want to use a survey to get feedback on specific ideas that don't fit in any of their forums, and they don't want users to see or vote on them in a forum (which is product specific whereas the poll would be page specific).
