Visually organized Help Doc
Could you do something where you show a screen shot and when I point to it it shows me the relevant help. for example I set up the colors for categories and for the life of me I can't find where I change those colors. It's driving me insane. I have been opening up each setting. but if you had a page and I could point to the label and it said where you change it that would be rad.

Appending OAuth parameters to existing query
If my oauthcallback contains query string
And when I do requesttoken I get following callback from ZenRepInstead it should be "&oauthtoken=<Token>&oauthverifier=<verifier>". Since passed callback already contains "?state=
As per The OAuth 1.0 Protocol at https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5849
If the callback URI already includes a query component, the server

Allow Comments from Admin to be Sticky
Admins would like to highlight comments that they are making to forums show at the top of all other comments made on a specific idea so they don't get lost in other comments being made by their customers.

Open “Learn more about Textile formatting” in a new window
When editing a forum’s Welcome Message (in forum settings) and you click on the “Learn more about Textile formatting” link, it opens the link in the same window, losing any edits the admin was making on the forum settings.
Expected: Open the link in a new window or popup on the page so they don’t lose their edited welcome message.

Be able to set admins notification settings on their behalf
So they are already setup in ZenRep when they login to receive the proper notifications of tickets, and there isn't room for error.

Our docs could be a little more explicit about where your put your records. Maybe add a screen shot of putting them into godaddy and some other common DNS hosts

Simplify admin login form (/admin/signin)
The login page is terrible UX. Why hide the username and password for your most valuable customers? Also why not just place username/pwd fields straight up on the page instead of a dynamic reveal. This confuses me every single time.

Ability to subscribe any email address to the Daily Digest email
Currently, only a user (admin) can subscribe to the daily digest, but there are members of my team who do not have (or need) accounts but would like to see a summary of the tickets that are being created. I need the ability to subscribe people or distribution lists to the daily digest via an email address. This is a core functionality we have used very heavily with OpinionLab.
