Visually organized Help Doc
Could you do something where you show a screen shot and when I point to it it shows me the relevant help. for example I set up the colors for categories and for the life of me I can't find where I change those colors. It's driving me insane. I have been opening up each setting. but if you had a page and I could point to the label and it said where you change it that would be rad.

Collect additional data with widget
Would like to be able to be able to customize the widget to have the user submit additional data outside of their suggestion to pass with the suggestion.

No suggested topics
Remove the suggested (past) posts widget. Its matching accuracy is poor and as a result, it wastes customer time by encouraging them to read irrelevant information.

Don't require a special character in passwords
The current requirement for passwords are a bit counterproductive. They make for a password that is very difficult to remember and do not increase the actual strength of the password that much.
The current requirements are OK except for the one requiring "At least 1 special character". At the moment, I actually choose not to have a password because I know I will forget a password with a special character, and then I will spend numerous attempts getting it right, maybe even resetting the password each time I log in.

integrate a credits system or pay-to-use support system into ZenRep
As a company that relies heavily on ZenRep Support tools to provide ticketed support to our customers, it would be nice if ZenRep can implement some form of payment system where customers can buy premium support in the form of credits or pay-per-use system to gain access to our technical assistance.

Disable the bulk invitation option if a private forum has not been created yet.
You are able to paste in email address and click 'send invitations' even though no private forum has been created. This should be disabled or the admin should have to choose the forum they want to invite users to in order to be able to invite others to join the forum.

Add subtext to bulk invitation window
There is no direction on what format to paste in email address when inviting bulk customers to a private forum. Do they just paste in a list, or do they need to separate the email address by ',' or ';'?

"Category" link in admin comment notification emails does not actually link to the category
When end-users elect to get notified of admin comments on ideas they support, they get a notification email which includes links to the idea, the forum, and the category (if applicable).
The link which is titled "category name" does not link to the category in question, instead it links to hot ideas on the forum.

This does not happen for the notification end users receive when an admin messages subscribers. In that case, the link DOES take you to the category in question.

Improvements to Ease of Access
Users who are blind (and thus use screen readers and other assistive tech) report that ZenRep does not work very well when leaving the feedback.

Open “Learn more about Textile formatting” in a new window
When editing a forum’s Welcome Message (in forum settings) and you click on the “Learn more about Textile formatting” link, it opens the link in the same window, losing any edits the admin was making on the forum settings.
Expected: Open the link in a new window or popup on the page so they don’t lose their edited welcome message.

Clearer docs about setting up SPF and TXT records
Our docs could be a little more explicit about where your put your records. Maybe add a screen shot of putting them into godaddy and some other common DNS hosts

Add a "test" mode when first setting up your account.
Stripe.com does this really well. They have a test mode so that on dev and staging environments all feedback is logged in a 'test' set instead of the live production set of records.
A set up like this is ideal because then your analytics and list of users aren't skewed from testing and set up.

Be able to use Service Hooks with a specific Forum
For example, right now with the Yammer integration, you have to push all ideas across all Forums. It would be great if you could choose a specific forum when using Service Hooks to push data.

Create a widget template that can be used with multiple forums.
We have multiple forums each with their own customized widget. It would be nice if we could create a single widget template that can be used for all forums.
