Add flexibility to NPS
It would be great to see further detail in the nps report. As an example I want to see 1 year vs 2 year customers. I would also like to be able to drill into those 1 year detractor ideas. The more flexibility and insight I can gain the better

New messages by admins go through moderator approval
I would like to require that new messages created by admins get approved by a moderator before they are public.

Email internal team member when content changes
A customer-facing employee has captured a message from a customer. That employee would like to know when that message's status changes. Then the employee can reach out to the customer to give them an update.

The data in the admin portal's user sidebar (inspector) doesn't match what the widget sidebar shows for that user
If I view a user profile in the sidebar, their activity summary data is different from the activity summary data that I see in the admin console user inspector. They should match or be clear that they are showing different data.

Subscribe / follow an suggestion for updates without voting it up
There doesn't seem to be any way to get notifications for suggestions that I haven't voted on.
But for my team's ZenRep, I will often ask clarification questions on other peoples' suggestions. I want to remain neutral on the suggestion itself (don't add to its Supporters / vote count), but still get email updates when the person replies to my comment.
It does not seem like this is possible currently. I would like to see a separate Subscribe / Follow toggle button. (Which is automatically selected if I do upvote something).

Ability to deliver customer support to customers located in China
We have user base that is spread around the world. Our customers located in China are finding that ZenRep delivered support is not working. The ZenRep widget is not loading. it may ba problem with traversing the Great Firewall of China

Be able to add two or more email addresses when you "add response" to a message
I had a call with a customer and multiple members of their team. I need to add their responses to the messages.
But there were two people who wanted to be subscribed, so I had to "add responses" twice, so both would be notified.
What would be cool (and save time) is if I had the ability to add two email addresses in the email field, so I didn't have to post the exact same response twice.

Widget option to include screenshot by default
We have to ask users to send us a screenshot a lot when responding to their first bug report or feedback. And generally we find the bug quicker even if we manage without it.

Reports for end-users
When groups of users meet, they sometimes would like to review what has been submitted offline. Provide the ability for a user to apply a filter to ideas, and to then print a nicely formatted PDF report of that grouping.

Make the idea description text box bigger
When entering a lengthy description, it's hard to get an overview of what you wrote because the text box is so small and doesn't expand. You have to scroll and are only able to see a few lines of text at a time.

Have an 'All Ideas' tab
The problem with not having an 'All Ideas' tab is that for forums with not much use, it seems that the forum is not being used at all at first glance, because there are no ideas listed (either in the popup box or on the page
itself).
It would be good to be able to list all ideas (whether completed or not). This would also give users more confidence that ideas are being submitted by other users and completed.Another suggestion - change the 'Closed' tab back to being called 'Completed' as this gives users more information and gives them…

Remove highlights from selected answer body
I get that highlighting the title for users so they can see which FAQ matches their question makes sense but once they choose the question then it is very distracting to still have each instance of the word(s) highlighted in the answer.

Return helpful error when idea created via sidebar has too long of a title
There is a character restriction on idea titles. When you create an idea with too long of a title in the sidebar, we return an error, but it isn't clear why
This error should say something about the character limit.

Choose default and required settings for sidebar
Allow users to chose their own default settings for sidebar. Some people want customers automatically subscribed and some want to require specific fields.
